Who you are booking with

We arrange freight on your behalf with the carrier you select. The carrier performs the transport under its own conditions of carriage, which form part of your booking.

Weights and dimensions

Prices are based on the sizes and weights you enter. If the carrier measures the freight differently, they will bill the difference and we pass it on, plus an administration fee.

Packaging

Freight must be packed to survive normal handling. Pallets must be shrink-wrapped and stable. Carriers may refuse items that are poorly packed.

Prohibited and dangerous goods

Do not book dangerous goods, cash, jewellery, live animals, or illegal items online. Dangerous goods need a manual quote and correct documentation.

Liability and insurance

Carrier liability is limited under their conditions of carriage and Australian law. Arrange transit insurance if your goods are valuable. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Failed pickups and redelivery

If goods aren’t ready, or the address is wrong or inaccessible, futile pickup and redelivery fees apply.

Cancellations

Cancel before the carrier is booked for a full refund. After that, the carrier’s cancellation fee applies.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Quotes are held for the time shown with your results.
